Invite Eddie
My Story. His Glory.
Through music, writing, and testimony, God took the broken pieces of Eddie’s story and used them for His glory. Today, Eddie shares that journey from survival to sonship as an encouragement to anyone who feels broken, forgotten, unseen, or beyond His reach.
The Message
At the heart of Eddie’s speaking ministry is the testimony God revealed through the My Story. His Glory. project.
When Eddie answered the call to write a Christian Hip-Hop album to reach the younger generation for Christ, he thought he was simply writing songs. What he did not realize was that God would use chapters of his own life to shape those songs and reveal a testimony Eddie had already lived but never fully understood.
For much of his life, Eddie had relied on an identity shaped by survival. The ability to read people, adapt, anticipate what others needed, and control outcomes had helped him navigate a difficult childhood and eventually became valuable in the world. Those same survival skills brought success—but they could not give him freedom.
After giving his life to Christ, Eddie spent years learning how to let go of an identity he had created. Letting go was difficult because that identity had proven itself, and Eddie was still learning what the new man in Christ was capable of. Along that journey, the unconditional love of his wife, Sharon, helped Eddie understand God’s love in a way he never had before.
As the songs of My Story. His Glory. took shape, Eddie began to see the larger story. God had been faithfully present through abuse, life on the streets, success, struggle, marriage, surrender, and every chapter in between. What emerged was more than an album. It revealed a journey from survival to sonship.
Today, Eddie shares that testimony with people who may still be searching for identity, freedom, hope, or a place to belong. Through authentic storytelling, he points audiences to Jesus Christ and to the God whose faithfulness was present even when Eddie could not see it.
He reminds every listener that no life is beyond God’s reach and no story is beyond His power to redeem.
